- we will not dispatch any item until cheque has fully cleared (5 - 7 working days after receipt)
- UK Postal Orders crossed or uncrossed
- Credit/Debit cards via paypal

*there is a handling surcharge of £1.50 for all cash payments made in USD($) and EUROs, this surcharge is non-negotiable.

- We will not dispatch item until full monies have been received
- It is the customers responsibility to post payment via the correct postal method, we will not be held responsible for non receipt of payment, we would recommend using a recordable or traceable postal service but please contact your own postal service for advise for the most suitable method
- If paying for an item in cash via USD or Euros, please ensure you convert the amount from GBP(£) accurately to allow for the exchange rate, a currency converter we would recommend is www.xe.com.
- We will not dispatch item until full payment has been received, any queries about the amount charged should be raised with us prior to sending payment.

- Delivery Takes between 1 to 3 working days after notification of dispatch
- On the rare occasion the parcel goes missing we will
send a replacement out after the 15 days have passed for the Royal Mail to search for the
parcel. Please Note this timescale is set by Royal mail and not by us.

- Delivery Takes between 5 to 8
working days after notification of dispatch
- We will not under or over value an item or wrongly describe contents of parcel on customs declaration form, this includes misrepresentation of item as a gift.
- On the rare occasion the parcel goes missing we will send a replacement out after the
25 days have passed for the Royal Mail to search for the parcel. Please Note this timescale is set by Royal mail and not by us.

- All Items will be shipped via a relevant postal service that covers for loss or damage no extra charge will be made for this unless a different postal service from those that we offer is requested
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure the
delivery address is correct at time of ordering, we will not be held responsible
for non-delivery of an item caused by incorrect delivery address details
- For special projects or non standard colours ordered normal lead times do not apply, but we will notify customer how long the
time will take for both manufacture and dispatch
- Our normal shipping days are Tuesday and Friday, all orders received before Midday on
Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday, the cut off for shipping on Friday is
midday on Thursday.

- Please read our postage section on this page for
items that are lost in the post
- If upon receipt of item you decide that you no longer want the item
please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of purchase, clearly stating
the reasons why you want to return the item, you can do this
either by telephone or email. A returns number will be issued
which must be clearly labelled on the return parcel accompanying the
return parcel there should be a written and signed letter stating the
reason for return. We will not
accept any parcel returned to us without a returns reference number
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were
originally dispatched from us.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we will
not refund return postage unless we have made an error i.e. dispatched
incorrect item. The return postal method should match or be
the equivalent postal service as we dispatched the parcel originally.
- We reserve the right to send a replacement item instead of refund,
in special circumstances we can refund but that must be discussed at the
point of notification of return.
- Please make sure before buying any item you fully read
all descriptions and check photos and ask any questions
you feel are necessary prior to buying the
item.

All items are reproductions unless stated otherwise
We do not enter in technical or historical debate over any aspect of
our products
All items are manufactured as close as possible to the original,
however due to the length of time elapsed since 1945 certain minor
changes to materials used is unavoidable
All Fabrics, Webbings and
Edging used in the construction of our products are
100% Cotton
and are naturally dyed by our suppliers. This should be taken
into consideration if you wash or products, They will lose colour if
washed using modern methods in the same way as an original item.
We will not be held responsible for any loss in colour or damage
done to item through washing it.
Fabric colours may vary slightly from batch to batch
due to being naturally dyed materials
Some items we reproduce were made in more than one weight of fabric
or style of material depending when the item was originally manufactured
and/or
by whom it was originally made. If you require clarification or which
type we reproduce of a particular item, this must be done prior to
placing your order
All items are produced for the purpose of living history,
re-enactment or collecting, they are not designed for actual combat use.
All items are clearly marked
HT&C plus
an appropriate date, this is done for the purpose of promoting our
companies brand name and for the purpose of authenticity only
and is no way done to fool the collector into thinking item is
original
We will not be held responsible for third parties reselling items
manufactured by us as original
We will not alter markings on products for any order
We will not be held responsible for miss use or abuse of product
resulting in product failure or incorrect end usage
All picture text and technical information which is original to this
website remain the property of Harrison Tent & Canvas (reproductions)
and cannot be used or reproduced by any means digital, electronic or
mechanical by any person or persons without prior permission from us
