M1918 Small Box Respirator Bag 

American version of the British Gas Mask haversack, slightly different to the British original design in colour and fittings.  Our reproduction is made in the correct khaki O.D.9 with all brass fittings including special quick release clip.  Drawstring which is attached around the body when the gas mask bag is in the alert position is also included.
