Buckles ( Mil-spec part #MIL-B-543,

Brand new genuine U.S. of A
manufactured 1 Inch Tablar slide buckles, these are identical to
WWII production and are made by one of the same company’s that
produced these during WWII. As used on just about every piece of
WWII web gear such as packs, suspenders, and bags and everything
we make. Please Note these are the stamped/pressed steel version
of the Tablar slide and are thus thinner than the stamp brass
early type buckles and the latter cast brass and economy zinc
buckles, its just the original spec's for the steel ones mean that
don't need to be as thick, this is due to the superior strength
properties of the steel over brass for its thickness.Finally these
have a light oil protective coating on them from the factory, this
requires removing before fitting unless you want marks on your web
gear.

Ball end tip, these are identical to WWII production and are made
by one of the same company’s that produced these during WWII.
These are not the cheap Chinese or South American copies found on
many reproductions items made by all Far Eastern company’s these
are the real deal. As used on just about every piece of WWII web
gear such as pack’s, bag’s, Knapsack’s and most U.S.M.C. items ,
also this size tip was used on all 3/4 strap
applications.

operates manufacturing facilities outside mainland America, as a
result these snap hooks are made at the ANCHOR BRAND factory in
the Far East (Taiwan) this is due to the reduced labour costs
there, these Snap hooks are not Cheap Chinese junk copies they are
exactly the same as the WWII originals, however are now made under
American control, but not on American
soil. |

WWII M1910 Double
Hook (Mil-spec part #

These are brand new production
M1910 Hooks as used on all WWII Web gear, from 1909/10 until
today, these hooks were used on most U.S. army items of the WWI
and WWII period, that were suspended from the issued pistol or
rifle as part of the standard equipment, we can now offer you a
replacement hook made to WWII spec of MIL-H-639, which can be used
to repair any original item. These are made for us from 1/8th
steel rod, which has been formed to shape and then Parkerized and
finally oil treated*.(*Please note this which means that they will
require wiping clean dry before
use.)

U.S.M.C. WWII Pattern
Double Hook
These are brand new production M1910 Hooks as used on WWII
U.S.M.C. Web gear, and were made by Untied Carr, for use on
U.S.M.C. items, these hooks have a very different and distinctive
look, to those of the type normally used on other U.S. army items.
These are made for us from 1/8th steel rod, which has been formed
to shape and then Parkerized and finally oil
treated*.

Brand new genuine Scovil
manufactured Lift DOT fasteners, these are identical to WWII
production and are made by the same company. These are not the
cheap Chinese or South American copies found on many reproductions
items. We buy these direct for the good old U.S. of A. and exactly
the same as we use on all our reproduction U.S.
items.
Please note this is £2.25 per
complete unit (see below) also tooling is required to fit both the
socket and pronged stud, if making a repair then the socket can be
fitted through the exciting holes in the items and then fixed in
place by folding over the tabs using a hammer, however you will
need a 5/16 th punch or similar item to close and rivet the stud
and washer together and no we don’t supply the
tools.

versions in metric sizes, these are the correct imperial
dimensions and so will fit correctly with any original fasteners.
The above is available in Black Ebonol finish over brass. As used
on a large number of U.S.M.C. items, and are also still current

These are genuine brand new, straight out
of the original wartime box, Olive plastic buttons as used on WW2
(1940 onwards) and early post war Denim battledress uniform, these were
manufactured by DORMER During WWII and have been in storage ever
since, they were and were inspected and repacked in 1957 and
then put back into store. We are offering theses buttons in sets of
ten which works out at £0.25 pence each, these do
not have the clips as they were packed as
a separate item, however small brass curtain rings are ideal and were
in fact used on some sets, my original denims being one such
set.
